Refund and Returns Policy
At Bumboo, we take great pride in the quality, comfort, and sustainability of our products. Due to the intimate nature of our underwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are faulty or damaged.
This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of all our customers.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all underwear purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing ordered
- Colour or style preference
- Gifts not wanted or unsuitable
Please refer to our Size Guide and Product Descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit or fabric, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you prior to purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by using the below portal. The following information must be included for our team to process your request:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault or damage
- Photographic evidence of the issue

All enquiries will be responded to by our Customer Care team. Please note that only enquiries submitted through our Faulty or Damaged portal will be processed.
We will assess the fault and, if approved, offer one of the following remedies:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- A full refund to your original payment method
Please note that to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be:
- Unworn (other than for trying on)
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging with tags attached
If the fault is due to misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
Return Process for Faulty Items
If your return request for a faulty item is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions. You may be required to return the item to us for inspection. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery. Reasonable return postage costs for approved faulty items will be reimbursed.
Statutory Rights
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
