Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any underwear products unless they are damaged or faulty. As underwear is an intimate item, this policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our customers.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to help!

We’re sorry to hear your order isn’t quite right! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it using the [insert LINK TO RETURNS PORTAL] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or damage
Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

In some cases, yes – we may need the item back for inspection. If so, we’ll give you clear instructions and a return address. We recommend using a tracked postal service. If your return is approved, we’ll also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Not at all. This policy is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which means you’re still entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
